Great phone, easy to set up.
Some of the negative reviews were obviously written by people who know very little about internet connections. Additionally, didn't read some ads that specifically state that an internet connection is required to view subtitles. As a geek, it only took me 10 minutes to set up and get subtitles. In addition, the phone has many options that allow you to customize your phone exactly how you want it.
