Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's been a real headache so far. UPDATE: See below

UPDATE 4/22/2021: After spending hours and exchanging several emails trying to get apps to work from an SD card formatted as internal storage, I found, that most if not all SD cards cannot run apps. This explains why I kept getting the SD card slow warning no matter how fast I inserted the card. Maybe there are faster cards that I haven't found yet. It would be nice to have this information in the instructions. Which begs the question, what is the purpose of having both USB and SD card storage options? Since I have the device in operation and am satisfied with the features, I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars. For the most part, I think they need a little more information in the feature and limitation instructions. With 64GB of onboard storage, that should be more than enough to run some of the apps and navigation maps I use. I installed it professionally. Good: Pretty good screen, rear camera looks a lot better. Pretty intuitive for general navigation. The Torque app has already been downloaded. Bad: no user instructions. Just basic features and layout. The two micro SD slots are confusing. Two different format options and I don't know which one to use. The SD card cover makes it VERY difficult to insert or remove the outermost card if your device is recessed at all. I ended up breaking the damn thing. Problem solved. Bought a super fast SD card and the device still complains that it's slow and can cause problems. So far I have not been able to install any application on the device. All installed applications crash immediately. (Audio, Amazon Music, Waze) This is the main reason for my bad rating. If I can fix this problem it's easily a 4 star product.

Cons
