Reusable Straws arrived quickly via Prime as they should. They looked like they would suit us well. Nice bright colors and more substantial than I imagined (the straw wall was thick). However, the two extra-long cleaning brushes listed were not included with the straws (an important aspect of reusing straws is that they can be properly cleaned). I turned to Juju Accessories instead of Revain. The straws came with a business card from Juju Accessories, making it easy to get in touch with them. I figured they could just send me some right sized brushes to clean the straws. I wouldn't leave straws if we didn't have brushes to clean them properly. Incredibly, I heard from them before the end of the day. Jennifer, a Juju representative, apologized for the mistake and said I could keep the straws and they would credit my account with the purchase price. I was then asked to re-order the straws once I got the message that the funds would be credited back to my account. I did so and two days later I received a new order of brushes. Not only did I get credit for the original order, the cost went down a dollar. I don't think I'm lucky. I believe that Juju Accessories really wants us (customers) to be more than satisfied with our purchases, but also with the experience of purchasing their products. I feel a little guilty that I was able to keep the original order without paying for it. Also, Jennifer contacted me to make sure everything is ok and everything is going as they hoped in Juju. Straws come in different colors so guests can track their drink based on the color of the straw they started drinking with. Perfect for a Super Bowl party!
