I ordered this switch about 2 months ago and finally got around to installing it yesterday. I'm sure I delayed installing it for fear of breaking something in the process. You have no reason to guess why I was so concerned. Anyway, it happened yesterday. I have a 2002 Ford F350. The switch has probably been running for several years and possibly several forklift models. In my truck, the switch is in a removable hard plastic insert in the inner top door. I used a screwdriver blade to pry out the insert and a folded paper towel to protect the door plastic. Once the insert was removed, it was easy to take the switch out, replace it with a new switch, and then reinstall the insert. The process took no more than 10 minutes. And yes, the switch worked great. It took me 2 years to order the part because it was too cheap to go to a dealer or parts store. Now I'm kicking myself. Very economical.
