These have a great 3-strips of heel non slips. I'm a guy and they fit perfectly, don't look feminine, and more importantly, do not slip off the heel EVER. I like them so much, I ended up buying a total of thirty of them. Just make sure you convert the sizing for your male foot size. I wear a size 8.5 men's and that is about a size 9-9.5 in a ladies size. I can't find similar socks in Men's. I have eczema on my legs that prevent me from wearing socks above my ankles for any period of time or it results in a rash.
