I like how they have an app where you can access it from anywhere! They also send out alerts when there are changes to your account so if someone messes up their password or something then no one in my office has any idea about what's going on because we're all remote workers at this point!! Just make sure everyone knows exactly which person handles each job first before putting them into overtime status (or whatever time schedule) otherwise things will get mixed around sometimes without warning until people realize the error of their ways! We've used ROD as our dispatch center/call box provider since 2010 but with COVID everything changed pretty quickly after a while - some jobs were still being handled by employees who weren't even remotely trained anymore due to lack of staff etc.- So just be prepared.
Make sure YOU know EVERYTHING beforehand instead relying solely off others knowing it better than yourself. If anyone asks why certain tasks aren't done yet don’t.
