Hello Charlie and Jenny! I bought this product for a new work computer that was gifted to me. I work in the media industry, so fast access to USB, HDMI and USBc is paramount on my small Mac. My supervisor had borrowed the key, but I needed something more. I needed something that would get the job done, look good, and stand up to the rigors of the job. I received this product and it fits my computer perfectly. Some of my co-workers didn't even notice until I hooked something up to it, which was awesome. Though light and concise, the materials feel fantastic - as if they belong to a high-end company; There is no cheap plastic here. The best part is that in my package I found a HANDWRITTEN letter from some "Charlie and Jenny". It was very cute and shows that the people who made this product really care about them and take the time to write/print them and add them to their product which is a nice twist. However, the adapter can be a little wobbly at times. , make sure you don't load it by any means. Worst of all, while the second USBc port works fine for everyone, for some reason it's not getting any power from the charger. To be honest really for the price here - I get more than what I paid for. This is a sleek, stylish and convenient adapter. What more can you ask for?
