Great pads, watch size
bought these for his 8 year old grandson who is a size 7 and very thin. The description didn't really say if the size was adult or child. We bought the medium. The label says "adult med". These are very good pads, but the straps are too big for his skinny legs, even in jeans. We had to pull the velcro all the way through and seal it with tape. Lots of room to grow. Size aside, they're very good and he likes that the red inserts look like "transformer eyes". Hard palm pads are very good at relieving your hands and wrists. He is a beginner and falls a lot.
