In general, this works if you know its limitations. The supplied mounting material is scrap, do not use it. All of the screws ripped off trying to use them and I just finished using my own screws. My main gripe with this is that it doesn't hold my projector in place no matter how hard I tighten the screw. Every day I find that my projector moves slightly up or down. If you have a projection screen and are trying to keep the projected image accurate to the edges, this isn't for you. This is a cheap $10 mount and for the price you get what you paid for. With good mounting screws, your projector will hold up great. I'm not worried about my projector falling with this mount, but make sure you use the right size mount for your projector.
