I bought this for my son who loves to play Xbox One with his friends. All his friends have a gaming headset and he was the only one using headphones 😅 He likes the camouflage design but when he used it while gaming he loved it for the comfort and the sound quality. Sometimes he plugs the USB cable into a portable charger just to get in the gaming mood, but the microphone and headset work fine even when the USB cable isn't plugged into anything. Actually, it's just for the LED indicator on the headset. You can easily adjust the volume or quickly mute the sound with the on-cord toggle, but what I like best about this headset is that it has a braided cord. I think all electronics related cables should be braided. Much easier to manage, tangle free and stronger than regular cord! 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend this gaming headset for Xbox or PC. We don't have PS4 or Nintendo but I'm sure it will work just as well as it does with our Xbox One and PC.
