My husband and I use these headphones for work and we bought the headphones about a week apart and both broke about a week apart in the same way. It's very strange how this happened to both of us. Basically, the left earbud fell out of nowhere every time I put it on, and now it's dangling from a cord. They either fall on our heads or stay on our tables, so it's safe to say we didn't handle them too roughly which caused a breakup. My point is that a two year protection plan might be worth it as both broke after about a year and a half of use and we both need new ones now because repairing and repairing wasn't an option. Such a crap. In terms of quality, if the earbuds are still intact they have a pretty decent sound quality / stable connection.
