Department heads need more speed dial buttons and status lights than the average worker. It connects directly to our AVAYA 1416 phones, doubles the number of speed dial buttons (from 16 to 48) and is held together with screws. YOU NEED A SEPARATE AVAYA POWER ADAPTER OR POE INJECTOR, WHICH ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH THIS DEVICE.
