Upon opening the box and inspecting the manifolds I noticed that the flanges were nicked in several places. Welds where the primary fittings are connected to the flange shall be welded internally and externally and internally only. Weld spatter covers the entire device. Where the EGR plug should be is a socket. And the rust is punching through the paintwork in several places. This is a poor quality product that was poorly assembled. If I weren't a welder/manufacturer and couldn't solve these problems myself, I would send these headers right back to where they came from.
