I ordered a size up simply because I'm used to cougars being a bit small (usually they're pretty tight). I'm glad I did because they fit my niece perfectly. she is a baby They're adorable little shoes, and the asphalt color goes with almost everything in her closet. She loves to run and she walked great in these little shoes. She found them very comfortable. After a few months they still looked great (we wiped the soles down after each wear). They are easy for little feet to put on and take off, especially with the velcro closure. All in all a good buy.
