This switch is complete bullshit. For my application (Porsche 928) it was necessary to remove the clamps so that the factory harness ring terminals could be used. When tightening the nuts, one of the bolts broke in half. I work a lot with cars and am very careful with torque. The metal used for these rivets is so flimsy I almost think it's coated plastic and not metal at all. I was able to get the nut out after the bolt broke and hold it until I could order a replacement (for my spare). This is the second time I've wasted money on a uro switch that didn't work properly, the other time was a reverse light switch from a Porsche 911 that worked intermittently. I will never buy parts from Uro again.
