Beautiful rug for my long hallway. A very attractive pattern. From the photos I was under the impression it would be more of a brown background, but it's more of a light gray and the border around the edges is definitely a light gray. It works in the hallway, but that's not a problem. My ONE issue is the way the rug was rolled up which caused the ends where it was rolled tighter to stick out causing me to have to tape it to the floor hoping that it would loosen rather than create a tripping hazard. If it had been folded the other way around (with the nap facing up so that the ends were pointing down instead of up when unrolled) this problem would not have arisen. It was thick plastic so the stack wouldn't be damaged when rolled up like this. Also, perhaps by being rolled around the cardboard tube, it prevents puckering at the tighter rolled end of the rug. I had the same problem with 3x5 and 2x12 skids ordered from the same seller. I ended up ordering carpet tape which hopefully won't ruin the floor in the long run. It's definitely NOT non-slip, but it's not advertised as such. I'm considering ordering a 5x8 for the red patterned living room due to the cheap price and will definitely order carpet tape with it in anticipation of having the same problem.
