the first five or six times I used it, water flowed freely from the screwed bladder cap no matter how tight I tightened it. (There were a few times I screwed it on so tight that I couldn't unscrew it for a day or two, but the water still came out). I got a replacement cap from CamelBak and had the same issue. Although it leaked, it was still useful for runs and mountain bike rides, so I continued to use it BUT I eventually found that if I pressed down hard when I screwed the cap onto the bladder, the bladder tightened was sealed and the leaks stopped. Not a problem, but I'm surprised it was something I should have found out for myself.
