Originally bought to clean our cast iron pans. That's a lot more than we're surprised we haven't had one of these since 1963. It's become our go-to tool for the toughest kitchen washing jobs, like removing dried crusts on cereal bowls and removing yesterday's cat crumbs from your plate. The cheese that sticks to our plates or burns on our cast-iron skillets comes off so easily, we wonder why it's not sold in nightly TV commercials. That old grime on our grill pan takes more effort than abrasives. The only question is where to dry. There is a practical ring on our soap dispenser. I would like a personal laundry hook. This is a basic kitchen tool that every kitchen should have.
