Excellent customer service.

I liked this amp for a little over two months that it worked. I ran it in a desktop 2.1 configuration with a Fosi DAC from my PC and two BIC America DV52si bookshelf speakers and a Klipsch Synergy Black Label Sub-100 subwoofer. I had the best PC setup audio I have ever experienced as it only came from 2.0 and 2.1 powered PC speakers. Since I had an active subwoofer with no high-level inputs, I also used a high-level to line conversion. Everything worked fine for a while. Then suddenly I heard pops and crackles in my speakers and smelled a horrible smell of "fried electronics". The amp is still on, but there's no sound, just more hissing and popping. Unplugged it and removed the cover. As you can see from the picture this is about what you can get. The smell was terrible lol. Luckily, neither I nor any of my other components in the circuit were injured or damaged. In any case, the 5-star rating is specifically for Fosi's customer service. Very fast and they solved the problem quickly and professionally. It is unfortunate but inevitable that at some point we as consumers will buy a faulty product. The decisive factor is whether the manufacturer supports the specified product and whether he is doing it correctly. Fosi Audio has gone to great lengths to get it right. They even sent me an upgraded amp (TB30E) with line out so I could ship the converter back to Crutchfield.

Pros
  • 160W x 2 (DC 19-35V, S/N 98dB, THD 0.05%) including high quality 24V/4.5A power adapter, enough to power most passive speakers and active subwoofers with to supply electricity.
Cons
