I haven't cut my hair for three years. It's very long, thick and wavy, styled by working outdoors with the elements, it was a mess of curly hair most days. I used the mask together with the keratin shampoo. You know I can't use regular conditioner, my hair holds it and makes my hair greasy. However, I can use this mask once a week as a conditioner. It's cheap and after just the first treatment the results were amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from unruly hair like me.
