I really like the product, I use it to hang a 27 inch monitor for my security guard and it's easy to install. Just for your information. Perhaps the product should be separated when it is packed for shipping, or some sort of mechanism should be installed to prevent the pieces from sticking together too tightly. My first order arrived tightly coupled and I couldn't separate them and got damaged trying to pull them apart with metal tools.
