I spent a lot of time reading reviews on this and other similar laptop backpacks before ordering. I loved everything about this backpack and used it on a flight earlier this year. As I was preparing for a second trip last month, everything tucked in and the main zipper broke. No way to fix it, it's broken and can't be used. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that all the zippers are sewn on the ends (there are no metal grommets). So it's not a question of IF these flashes won't work, but rather when. This was the second time for me and luckily it broke before the trip. Could have been a great backpack if the quality was there.
