I love this product. It has helped my husband reduce his trips to the bathroom at night and they help me in the same way and also help my hair grow stronger. It smells awful when you open the package, but there's a very slight aftertaste when it comes to taste. It's not bad, the size will probably bother you more than the taste. I highly recommend adding pumpkin seed oil supplements to your diet. I have bought this product several times. The taste isn't bad at all, they're big but pretty easy to swallow and it was the best value for money! But that's the only thing that bothers me about this particular product, well actually the company started to popularize pumpkin seed oil and when I first bought it I got it for $19.99 and it was 300 tablets! Yes! 300! Now it's $24 and only 240 pills? Why? I understand the prices fluctuate but I understand and can't understand why they should have a good reason to drop the amount by 60. I am really disappointed and doubt I will ever buy anything from this company again.
