Contrary to the description, this is not a "tasty, rich, creamy shake "
I ordered because it was a low calorie isolate as I am lactose intolerant. The directions say 1 scoop for every 8 ounces of water. It's quite thin and smells faintly of fish. I will continue to use it as it meets dietary needs and as it only weighs 8 ounces it's a quick drink but not "tasty".
