I gave 4 stars because I just got it and I don't know its durability yet. However, it took me less than 10 minutes to remove the old arm and install the new one. It took a flat head screwdriver to pry the parts out and a bit of ingenuity. You don't have to be too smart to figure out what's good because there aren't any guidelines. If you pay attention to how you took it off, you'll know how to put it on. The wheels are a different size than the original part, but they still fit the airframe mount. The drawer slides easily, just like before. I'm glad I don't have to deal with a crooked box now. I didn't install the second hand as I will keep it in case this happens on the other side.
