The swap is good for dampers, struts and suspension
Ride quality is better and eliminates most of the body roll. Installation was easy and parts came quickly. These shocks are a great base replacement for the price. EDIT: The passenger side broke after a month. and the driver's side is just as spongy as ever after a month. waste of time and money.
