The pill holders are large enough to hold all my pills for the time slot
I really like the case that holds the individual daily pill containers. The side clips are sturdy enough to keep closed but my thumb nail easily opens the pills for the time slot. The pill container is large enough to hold my larger pills and deep enough also. Love this product, these arthritic hands can take my pills without to much effort.

- The daily compartments are not adjustable, which could be a problem for people who need to change their dosage regularly
