Well it's a good coffee maker, better than some. Brews well. But I absolutely hate the process of adding water! The lid of the water tank does NOT open far enough and therefore when pouring the water from the carafe it is IMPOSSIBLE not to spill the water all over the pitcher and leave the water in the carafe itself. BAD design. What were they thinking? Hence the 3 star rating. Come on Muller, make the damn tank big enough or at least open the lid wide enough to avoid a tsunami. Sheese.UPDATE! Having used it maybe a dozen times this will be my final review. It releases too much water to drain the filter. The coffee overflows and TAKES the portafilter with it, which eventually clogs the grounds in the displacement outlet, so coffee flows EVERYWHERE! arrrgh! It's too late for me to post back, so I recommend staying away altogether. Definitely disappointing.
