Nicely made with a well fitted lid and streamer/strainer it’s quite useful.I first made cornbread with only a slight spray of nonstick vegetable oil.I probably didn’t even need that ,baked at 375 and it baked perfectly without burning the edges.I grill sausage without any cooking oil or spray and it cooked easily.I added vegetables and a little bit of water to get stream enabled to sausages,cooked easily without any burn at medium heat.I sauté fried rice and used butter without any hot spots or sticking once again. Nicely made overall,easy to clean and spatula in the cook lid is handy.With so many uses this would be the only fry pan you ever need in a small kitchen situation.Definitely worth the price ,excellent value for a premium useful piece of cookware.
