Review on CPU cooler ID-COOLING IS-40X, black/white by Wiktor Pozna ᠌

Works in an ultra-compact case - the maximum height of the cooler is 47 mm. Now it is on the i5-4670, which migrated from the main PC (84 watts, judging by the spec). At idle 35-40 degrees, the fan spins at 1100-1300 rpm, you can't hear it at all. In a stress test of 65-70 degrees, the fan is + -1700 rpm, a slight hum appears. Since the task is in maximum silence, I decided to change the fan. In the same size (and the thickness of the fan here, by the way, 15 mm) is only noctua nf-a9x14. I took it for the price of the entire cooler, got up like a native, now silence.
