Oh my god, let's go. I think I'll take the worst out of the review and start with packaging and assembly. Comes with 2 packs, one for the chair and one for the frame parts. Everything was individually and nicely bubble wrapped with no missing nuts or bolts. Comes with an allen wrench, but you still need a regular nut wrench. The instructions are as simple as it gets, showing only a parts list and graphical instructions on which part goes where. Basically everything fits well and slides easily into place and clamps with simple screw pressure, although it would be nice to see drilled holes to adjust wheel height and pedal angle. My first problem was when I discovered that the nut appeared to be welded on. on the wrong side (inside) on part of the wheelbase so that it only engages one of the levers. (pics 4-9) Also the holes in the bar don't make sense to me because one bar has nut shaped holes drilled on both sides and the other only 1. (double bar with nut shaped holes goes to the right just FYI) I want that both have a nut shaped hole and a regular round hole but are mirrored of each other and both nuts are welded to the outside of the wheelbase to allow both sides to mesh. I don't understand why they made such a design decision. I think this can be easily fixed and the build quality improved. So I wanted to confirm with the seller that the design was intentional and not a manufacturer error before proceeding with the build. I called the phone number listed on their website and went to tech support. He called a little and didn't answer. I try again, no answer. I tried support, no answer. I'm trying to sell, no answer. (Also I tried calling a few weeks earlier with the same result to find out why my order wasn't delivered to another seller listed on their website who canceled the order after 2 weeks of waiting. As it turns out, Revain is the only site that has clearances.) Then I called and waited to see what other directories were available. This gave me an option for 6 employees. I left voicemails on everyone. Single. one. Say I need urgent help and have someone call me back. Luckily someone finally called me back. His name is Stan and to my surprise he was very friendly and willing to help me with my question. He gave me his email address and I explained the problem to him. He emailed me after hours the same day and sent me photos of the new device which he had opened up just to show me the nut was actually welded in place. On the side plate of the seat, I noticed that the plate was not bent properly and was flattened to the left side (pics 10-11) which meant the handlebars were rotated (pic 12) and not aligned with the wheel-side transverse axis of the handlebars. And it was for both records too. So I emailed Stan and he suggested connecting the bottom bar to the wheel side first and then the side plates to the bar (pic 13-14) which worked but it was still disappointing that such a simple one Manufacturer error began. With. Then my final issue was that I bolted the wheelbase with the bolts screwed in inside out, thinking it would look cleaner than the bolt heads sticking out the sides as per the instructions. This resulted in the wheelbase not being securely fixed and pivoting up and down with little pressure. Emailed Stan again and he said the screws needed to be reversed and surprisingly it worked and now almost no wobbles. So it was my fault for ignoring the instructions, but I still feel like it would have worked if it wasn't for the first problem. It's easier to attach them to the plate first and then insert them. But also due to the second issue the sliders were tilted and offset about 2 or 3 degrees to the left but luckily the side holes of the seat were double ovals so I was able to correct the alignment by shifting and tightening the screws on the back edge on the right and in front the edge on the left gives me plenty of correction where it clearly seems straight. Now after 2 endurance races I can say I am happy with this investment. The seat itself is firm foam but not uncomfortable. The back is flat and the headrest doesn't really reach the back of the head so I had to support my head myself. So I recommend buying a neck and back support pillow as shown in the picture. The holes are drilled for all types of wheels and pedals and are perfect for my Thrustmaster TS-PC Wheel and my T3PA pedals. You will need to purchase your own screws for these. I think different sizes from different manufacturers. I had M6s, I bought them at the hardware store for $2. So for the price, which includes a frame model seat with no vertical bar between the legs, and after all the hassle of assembly and after-sales service, it's well worth it and I look forward to the many years of good service it will bring .to my game. TL;DRA First attach the ground bar to the side of the wheel stand and then to the side plates. The lever with a double hole in the form of a nut goes to the right. The wheelbase nuts are screwed in from the outside. First attach the seat glides to the side panels and then to the seat itself. Enjoy!
