I read the reviews before buying and thought that the company responds to problems fairly quickly, so I took a chance. I haven't had a problem with it since I got a refund. However, the item I received was different from what is shown in the picture. It seemed more generic than a generic fake brand. I watched the video and followed the instructions. My printer did not recognize the cartridges. I wonder if I would have had a different experience if I had gotten the genuine All Works brand instead of "professional ink".
