I am using these for a theatrical production so the large size is key and they should last a long time. Here is my review. Actual size: 14.5" high x 10.125" (10" and 1/8") wide. Paper thickness: 0.0155" or 0.40 mm (normal playing card: 0.012" or 0.30 mm). ) It says it's made in CHINA, so the size is always in doubt, which is why I decided to post this review. Qualitatively yes. all right for $17.99. If you think they will last a month with normal theatrical use, I would be very, very skeptical. Is it better/cheaper/lazier than printing them on an 11x17 printer and then laminating the specified paper? YUP! 100% YES. Buy them and save yourself your headache for larger projects. are they good enough Sort of YES, but then again the actors and backstage antics get a pretty good beating when closing on Sunday. are they good for kids Yes, but on the other hand they are not very heavy. So if you don't mind them bending, cutting and folding then they are suitable for kids. Walls and hanging them from the ceiling, are they good for that? YUP! They're great for this, although they tend to 'wilt' after a while when building a domed opening (especially in humid outside temperatures), but if you press them against a flat surface like a wall they work well. For $20 don't expect the highest quality, but if you're a responsible, sensible adult (a rarity these days) they'll last. My 2 cents for what it's worth
