The best part about eager is its customer service team which are always willing to listen in order to understand your problem or question. They do their job very well and they respond quickly when you need them. I have not found anything yet that I dislike but if there's something I can improve upon it would be better for sure. My current problems solved by Eager App are - 1) When sending an email from my gmail account, sometimes the emails get stuck at the 'awaiting approval' stage. 2) Sometimes the web site will go down unexpectedly even though everything seems fine before hand (maybe due to heavy traffic). 3) There were times where some of our customers got confused with what we offer so i think this could benefit us as well since it gives more information regarding our product/service.
