UPDATED: They contacted me about this review and apologized for not specifying that the power supply was not included in the description and actively sought my feedback on how the description should look like. And they went above and beyond with a partial refund as an apology. The center does its job and the customer service is REALLY good! I really didn't expect how quick they responded and how open they were to feedback. FIRST CHECK: So if you don't already have a charging cable, you should probably get one. Even if you don't want to charge your laptop through this thing, it's not going to get enough power to actually charge the device well enough to work.
