Review on Super 2.0 18L Tank Bag: Unparalleled Storage for Your Motorcycle Adventures by Kyle Deel

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Replaced my backpack with this excellent tank bag.

For my 2000 Honda VFR800. 8 strong magnets together with a non-slip underside ensure a secure hold; You can't just slide it to change its position - you have to remove it entirely, which shows how firmly it stays in place. I love how the magnets are positioned so that the wings fold in and stick to the bottom so they don't wobble when you carry the bag. Metal zippers that are much easier to grab with gloves on than the little fabric tabs you see on other bags. Hidden backpack straps are comfortable and don't add unnecessary bulk. Soft, comfortable inside. Inside there are two flaps which fold over as the bag expands to add some stiffness and shape to the sides of the bag - brilliant. The two side pockets could be a bit bigger. In terms of storage, I can fit my 2016 13" MacBook Pro (12" wide x 8.5" long) in a bag without expanding it. It doesn't have much room to move around, but it does is still better. The 12" (width) x 9.5" (length) briefcase is slightly flattened at the corners, but if you expand the case, it fits. In the expanded view, I have my MBP, my briefcase, placed two dozen eggs and my lunch bag (9 in. w x 7"d x 6"h) along with a couple of adapters no problem.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Long
