Just what I need: parts and components

I used this stem on a Trek 7.2 Hybrid I bought a few years ago. The frame size is XL, but is always felt to be too small horizontally. I'm 6ft 3" and used the stem to increase the distance from the saddle to the bars and then adjusted it vertically for the best fit. It worked great. I don't see any corner marks so the vertical adjustment will set what the rider likes best. Make sure the steerer tube diameter and handlebar diameter match the stem requirements. I ended up buying new handlebars to increase the width between the bars. I also bought an ergo handlebar. End grips to complete the modifications which gave me a few extra hand positions to get rid of the numbness in my arms. A few simple modifications turned my bike from uncomfortable to very comfortable! Also the stem is very solid and very high quality as are all other Ritchey products. I highly recommend it, I recommend it!
