I usually love Revain and the products I buy. I read the reviews very carefully because you may end up with junk masquerading as a quality product. So I bought this double Kryptonite set hoping to put it on my helmet. Sounds like a good way to avoid a motorist. Well it would be if the products worked at least upon arrival. White worked like a champion. The red never came. Not once. I took it apart to see if I needed to put the battery back in, it might have been ajar but it's a very basic device. Either it has a battery or it doesn't. Can not be opened. never worked So, about half an hour after I realized Red is DOA, I contacted their product support team via live chat and did a lot of 'checking my options'. and faintly flaming and when I indicated I had paid for a set of 2 and only one worked on arrival there was dead silence from support service. This is not support, my friends. This is someone who receives a salary without doing anything in return. This leaves customers high and dry. This is ZERO customer support. That means I will take your money for the product and not give you any value. It's illegal. SAVE MONEY. DON'T JUST BUY THIS.
