Good fabric and overall quality. The size is a bit off. According to the table, size XS should fit my dog. I went from size XS to size S, which is too small on its own. My real issue with the jacket is the seat belts. Because metal loops run parallel to the dog's body, they sometimes open the leash clip, which can cause the leash to come loose. Other harnesses with attachment loops perpendicular to the dog's body do not have this problem. Attaching a lockable clip to loops and attaching a leash seems to have solved the problem.
