This company is great, even though the return period had expired they still offered to send me a new coat. I know it will make my friend happy. When she first saw the coat she was so excited. I can't wait to see her face when the new one arrives. I will definitely be shopping with this company again. I bought a coat for a friend's dog and when we met to exchange Christmas gifts I realized that the coat was too big for her dog and it was too late to return it. But the coat looks good.

We have a tall skinny pit bull. After finding a good way to put a back zip jacket on an excited dog, we found it to be secure and look great. It covers them well from collar to croup. Drawstring collar offers the best fit. Much better than velcro! We do not use elastic bands designed to wrap around the hind legs. You're just in the way. All in all it's a hit. Color, fit, waterproof, warm. Bought light green. Looks great with her black coat. Size is big on this slim Pitty 70#.

I bought this for my 60 lb boxer. It fit well and was very comfortable. However, after 1 month of wearing (maybe 2 or 3 times a week) one of the three way ties broke when my boxer pulled heavily on the leash. The line attachment is metal and the rest of the attachments are cheap plastic - a system is only as strong as its weakest link. Now the belt is useless. I cut off the straps and used them as a fleece jacket. I find this handy as I mostly walk my dog in the yard. But I don't recommend it…

Good fabric and overall quality. The size is a bit off. According to the table, size XS should fit my dog. I went from size XS to size S, which is too small on its own. My real issue with the jacket is the seat belts. Because metal loops run parallel to the dog's body, they sometimes open the leash clip, which can cause the leash to come loose. This handsome 60 lb boy loves his coat. When I opened the package, he accepted it immediately: as if somehow I had ordered exactly what he wanted for Christmas. He's 30 inches across the chest, about 22 inches across the back, and a medium size fits perfectly. Got this for my 80lb golddoodle. I wanted something that covers it well so it stays dry when it snows. It just suits him. It's not very quick to put on as you first tuck your legs in and then close it at the top, but considering how well it fits on I can handle it. Seems well made and you can attach the leash directly to the straps on the back. I got XL. The length is perfect, it hugs his chest a bit but I think my husband gave him too many treats! The elastics for the rear legs are too long…

UPDATE: I've been using this coat for 2 weeks now - on walks and once on a hike. I still highly recommend it, but I realized they (one of them) couldn't handle more tension when walking. The threads of one of the straps broke on the side. The jacket itself is fine, maybe it's just an accident. I will come back and probably buy a new one. I've also noticed that my dogs are used to harnesses that hold them somewhat to the chest. This jacket doesn't do that - I wouldn't recommend it for dogs that…
