UPDATE: I've been using this coat for 2 weeks now - on walks and once on a hike. I still highly recommend it, but I realized they (one of them) couldn't handle more tension when walking. The threads of one of the straps broke on the side. The jacket itself is fine, maybe it's just an accident. I will come back and probably buy a new one. I've also noticed that my dogs are used to harnesses that hold them somewhat to the chest. This jacket doesn't do that - I wouldn't recommend it for dogs that like to pull. Mine don't do this when they're outside so they're still good for rainy or cold weather, but if the dogs have some strength I'd be cautious with this item. Although it is well constructed and the material is excellent, it is a case and not some kind of harness. Received them today and put them on straight away! What a great fit and love for the material! I went to other reviews to buy this one. I feel like I've always had sizing issues but based on other reviews I chose the medium ones for my two 55 lb dogs. and they fit great! Will update my review after a few weeks of outdoor use.
