Quite expensive, fun for a nephew
My 11 year old nephew wanted this set for his Lego village for Christmas and he loved it. It consists of almost 250 pieces and like all Legos is of excellent quality. He assembled it in about 25 minutes. My only complaint is that it cost almost $40 and the end product wasn't that great. He was happy with that, so that was all that mattered.
