Works very well, tastes like you would expect from a protein powder, but I don't mind the taste, I care if it works or not. I'm not bodybuilding in any way, but I lift weights and this material really helps with strength and muscle building. I would recommend this brand because it works differently than muscle milk. Muscle milk has less protein and more saturated fat per scoop compared to body strength. I started this brand by taking whey protein and decided to switch to it and of course I'll have to take it for a few weeks to see if it works for me or not but it seems very promising and cheap too be it's a great buy.
