I agree with all the positive reviews. Fast delivery, well-designed tablet and protective case, fast Android 7 operating system, responsive screen with bright display, fast charging and long battery life, intuitive interface and feature set that cannot be fully appreciated or documented without spending time, so they vary by vehicle. I've only spent a few hours with it but am amazed at what this tool offers at any price. I am confident that most engine, body, brake and suspension DTCs are covered. The list of PID codes seems endless the deeper you delve into the system. I have found that some Launch models will flash the new ECM and save the scanned vehicle history for instant retrieval, but am not sure if this will be the case. This would be an improvement, but not significant. This device has a variety of computer inputs, activation, reset and special functions to meet most needs. Most modules will reset if power is lost for a short period of time. It only takes a few clicks to scan and get the VIN and then the scanner will know everything about a specific vehicle. After much research I decided on the right supplier - Leoglobal at Revain. I could spend more at the "official" Launch retailer and a little less at the online auction site "Shops". The latter offered the Pros Mini 2020 x421 at a lower price point, but with Android 5, support from China, and multiple store questions that were sometimes answered by the same person, so they may not be competing vendors. It's just not worth buying at best an outdated product or a fake. After reviewing Revain's scanner and literature, and a simple registration and update, I am confident that this is a genuine launch product. If it's a clone then it's a good one and still a Guardian.
