Heads broke off on 4 of the first 8 screws I tried to turn the shank in the woods and spend hours with the preparation. I pre-drilled and countersunk the holes and also used a hand screwdriver to fasten, so it's no mistake that this product's poor performance is due to misapplication. I highly recommend using a different brand of screws if you are looking for brass screws like Hillman. The small cost of this isn't worth the hours you have to spend digging up broken bolts with pliers.
