When I first got it I thought wow what a great price as I bought it at a bargain price for more than half the price. I was even annoyed that I didn't order a second one. When I received it I found it amazing, soft but firm enough not to sink in. I also liked the cooling it offered as I usually get a little warm when I sleep. I liked it after the first night. Over the next few days, I developed discomfort in the right side of my neck. At work, I got a headache from neck pain. I didn't want to believe it was the pillow but when I went back to my old set for a few weeks the pain gradually went away. I still didn't want to believe these pillows were causing me pain so I tested them for another week. The pain returned quickly and I immediately went back to my old pillows. The pain is still there, the tension doesn't go away anytime soon. The pillow could cause irreparable damage, only time will tell. I think the design flaw is that the pillow is too high and the curve is too sharp for a natural sleeping position. It doesn't sink in too much, which is good, but the way it sits on the head puts extra pressure on the neck.
