Like anything in a plastic bag, it took some time to get it out. It was like taking the tree out for a year for the first time and it takes time to loosen all the branches. Lol I started with 5 heads in each vase but after putting a blow dryer on it I found it was perfect with only 4 and I'm still awaiting my delivery of Ling's moment for the purple foam roses. I had a few samples and they would look so amazing together! The photos do not do these colors justice. The tribe is very strong. Comes separately. You have to push them in pretty hard, but I heard a click as I did that told me they were intact. All suitcases have arrived. I've definitely had enough. I made 25 vases. 10 boxes. But I think even 3 heads will be enough if I fill in the other flowers. Very impressive. Do not be shy. This is for wedding decorations and I love it. About $1 a head and you won't find hydrangeas at that price anywhere.
