I have used these glasses for many years and love them. They are fragile and some of them broke but I can't fault the product for that. Buyers need to know they need to be careful. The problem I have is that the glass gets cloudy over time. The manufacturer says that borosilicate glass will never become cloudy. But they do not defend their own claims. They falsely advertise an attribute, give a one-year limited warranty, and when glasses don't perform as promised, they don't live up to their claims. That makes them good as long as they last, but even with normal use you can't expect them to last long.
