Lying on the back was very uncomfortable after spinal fusion and side is not good either. So for the past 7 months I've mostly slept in a chair. PROBLEM SOLVED! Behind Max lies on my bed and is very comfortable! I use the whole pillow as it came in the box. It's pretty soft but very supportive. It was a bit difficult to get into the pillows the first few times, but now I get it. The only way to improve this is to develop zippered pillowcases. I use it every day and the regular leaf doesn't work that well. You must be able to do more than just clean stains as you use it every day. One final comment is that it's quite difficult to get off the bed once you're washing the sheets. It may not be difficult for some people, but it is difficult after surgery or for the elderly. Well, a thick pillow ensures proper posture and comfort! Thank you for developing something that lets me sleep in a bed instead of a chair!
