I like that it is easy to use with all of our software, as well as having an excellent support team who are always quick to respond! It's great for tracking expenses in multiple accounts. The best thing about this program though is how seamlessly we can transfer information from one account to another (and vice versa). Currently there isn't anything which specifically I dislike about it. We have been using it since 2016/2017 when they did not offer any mobile options yet. Since then they've added many new features such as expense report approval reminders. They also released their iOS app last year, allowing us to keep track of expenses from anywhere. The ability for each department within my organization (which includes several different departments outside of IT) has easy access, control over their own information as well as all shared content! There is nothing I dislike about this software - it does exactly what we need in order keep our customers' personal info safe from being stolen or mishandled by others who do not have permission/access etc...
